SNIPES Reserve uses our wallet partner to verify your identity. Here's what to do based on what you see in the SNIPES app:
Finish signing up: Open the app, tap Reserve, enter the 4-digit PIN we text you, and complete your legal name, address, and date of birth.
Verification pending: Most checks finish within 24 hours. Some take up to 3 days. Your wallet unlocks on its own once you're approved.
Verification failed: Make sure your legal name, date of birth, address, and phone number match your ID exactly, then try again in the app.
Upload documents: Follow the prompt in the app to upload a clear photo of a valid government ID.
Still pending after 3 days, or verification keeps failing with correct information? Our Customer Care team can escalate your verification to our wallet partner. Tell us your full name, the email on your account, and the date you submitted.
Not getting the PIN text? The phone number on your account may be out of date. Ask us to update your phone number.
