All standard merchandise purchases at SNIPES stores, on the SNIPES website, or through the SNIPES app are eligible for 3% cash back. This includes regular-priced items, sale items, and clearance merchandise.
How is the 3% cash back calculated?
The 3% cash back is calculated based on the final purchase amount after any discounts or promotions are applied, but before taxes and shipping fees. For example, if your merchandise total is $100 after discounts, you'll earn $3 in rewards.
Are there any exclusions to earning 3% cash back?
Yes, certain purchases are excluded from earning 3% cash back. These include:
Gift card purchases
Shipping fees and taxes
Purchases made with SNIPES Reserve wallet funds
Purchases where you didn't log in (online/app) or provide your phone number (in-store)
Purchases that are later returned or refunded will have corresponding rewards deducted

How does the 5% bonus work when I load cash into my wallet?
When you add money to your SNIPES wallet, we automatically add 5% of that amount as a bonus reward. For example, if you load $100, you'll receive a $5 bonus added to your wallet. Your bonus becomes available to spend 2 days after adding funds.
What are the qualification requirements for the 5% bonus?
To qualify for the 5% bonus, you must load a minimum of $1 into your SNIPES wallet in a single transfer. There are no other requirements to earn this bonus.
What transfer methods are eligible for the 5% bonus?
All standard transfer methods are eligible for the 5% bonus, including credit/debit card payments and bank transfers (ACH). Gift card conversions and promotional credits are not eligible for the 5% bonus.
Other Rewards
Are there any other ways I can earn rewards?
In addition to earning 3% on purchases and 5% when loading money, you will receive a $10 welcome bonus when you sign up. We are always looking for ways to improve SNIPES Reserve Wallet and may introduce special promotions, seasonal bonuses, and referral rewards in the future. When do rewards become available in my wallet?
The 3% cash back rewards are added to your SNIPES wallet once your order is fulfilled, typically within 2 days of purchase. The 5% bonus for loading money becomes available to spend 2 days after you load cash.

No. To earn rewards, you must provide your phone number at the time of purchase (in-store) or be logged in (online and in-app). Rewards cannot be added retroactively if your phone number wasn't linked to the transaction when it occurred.
What should I do if I don't see a transaction in my rewards history?
If you don't see a transaction in your rewards history within 7 days of purchase, you can report the missing transaction by reaching out to the SNIPES customer support team
What documentation do I need to report a missing transaction?
To report a missing transaction where you provided your phone number at checkout, reach out to customer support. You'll need your order number or receipt, the date of purchase, the purchase amount, and the payment method used. Having a photo of your receipt showing your phone number was provided can help expedite the process.
How long does it take to resolve missing transaction reports?
Missing transaction reports are typically resolved within 5-7 business days. You'll receive a message once your report has been reviewed. If your phone number was provided at the time of purchase and the transaction qualifies, the rewards will be added to your account.
Can I earn rewards for a purchase I made prior to enrolling in SNIPES Wallet?
No. Only purchases you made following enrollment qualify for earning rewards.
Reward expiration policy
When do rewards expire?
Rewards are valid for 90 days following the date of last activity on your account. The expiration period resets whenever you make a purchase, spend or earn more rewards, or load additional money into your wallet.

Certain rewards like the welcome bonus or promotional rewards may have different expiration periods. These will be clearly indicated in the terms provided when you receive the reward.
Can I extend the expiration date of my rewards?
Yes, you can reset the expiration clock on your standard rewards by performing any qualifying activity, such as making a purchase, spending rewards, or loading additional money into your wallet. However, certain rewards may have fixed expiration dates that cannot be extended.

How can I track my rewards in the app?
The SNIPES Wallet section of the app is the best place to view your rewards status. You can see your current reward balance, pending rewards, and a breakdown of how rewards were earned on the main wallet screen.
How do I check my transaction history?
To view your transaction history, open the SNIPES app, navigate to the SNIPES Reserve Wallet section, and tap on "Transactions." This will show all your transactions, including purchases, transfers, and rewards earned.
Will I be notified when my rewards are about to expire?
Yes! You'll see a reminder banner in your SNIPES Reserve Wallet 7 days before expiration, and you'll receive a push notification one day before your rewards expire.
