What is the return policy for items purchased with my SNIPES Reserve wallet?

Items purchased using your SNIPES wallet follow the same standard SNIPES return policy as any other purchase. See full return policy here.

How can I receive refunds for purchases made with my SNIPES Reserve wallet?

When you return an item purchased with your SNIPES Reserve wallet, you have two refund options: receive the refund back to your original payment methods (SNIPES Reserve wallet + backup payment method) or have the full amount returned to your SNIPES Reserve wallet. If you select the second option, you'll earn an additional 2% bonus for the funds newly added to the wallet.

If I return a purchase that I had previously earned rewards on, what happens to those rewards?

Any 3% cash back rewards that were earned on the returned merchandise will be deducted from your SNIPES Reserve wallet when the return is processed. For partial returns, only the rewards associated with the returned item(s) will be deducted.

Processing Timeframes

How long does it take for a refund to appear in my SNIPES Reserve wallet?

Refunds to your SNIPES Reserve wallet are typically processed within 1-2 business days after your return is received and approved.

How long does it take for a refund to appear on my original payment method?

Refund processing times to original payment methods vary:

• Refunds to the wallet: Instantly available

• Credit/debit card refunds: 3-5 business days

• Processing times may vary based on your financial institution

Return Options

How do I select my preferred refund method?

When you return an item purchased with your SNIPES Reserve wallet, you'll have two options:

1. Return to original payment methods:
   Your refund will be split exactly as your original purchase - part to your SNIPES Reserve Wallet and part to the backup payment method you used.

2. Instant return to SNIPES Reserve wallet with 2% bonus:
   Get your entire refund immediately in your SNIPES Reserve Wallet, plus an extra 2% bonus reward.

You'll receive a notification in the app where you can make your selection.

Can I choose to return only part of my refund to my wallet?

No. You must select either:

• A full refund to your original payment methods (split as originally paid), OR

• A full refund plus 2% bonus to your SNIPES Reserve Wallet

Partial splits between refund methods are not available.

What happens if I don’t select a refund option?

If you don't make a selection within 7 days, we'll automatically process your refund to your original payment methods (split between your SNIPES Reserve Wallet and backup payment method as originally paid).
