Refund Policy

This policy applies to purchases made on snipesusa.com and at SNIPES retail locations. By completing a purchase, you agree to these terms.

You have 45 days to initiate a return. For in-store purchases, the window begins on the purchase date; for online orders, it begins on the delivery date. Items purchased during promotions follow the specific terms posted at the time of sale.

  1. Eligibility

Items must show no signs of wear, no scuffing on soles, and be returned in their original box with all original tags and packaging. Refunds apply only to items purchased directly from SNIPES through our website or retail stores.

  1. Final Sale Items

Items marked final sale are not eligible for return, exchange, or refund. Final sale status is shown on the product page and on your order confirmation.

  1. Return Window

You have 30 days to start a return. For in-store purchases, the window begins on the purchase date. For online orders, the window begins on the delivery date. Items bought during promotions or sales follow the terms posted at the time of purchase.

  1. Return Shipping and Original Shipping Charges

You cover return shipping costs. SNIPES covers shipping when an item arrives defective or incorrect. Original shipping charges paid at checkout are non-refundable.

  1. Lost, Damaged, or Stolen Packages: Route Package Protection

If you added Route Package Protection at checkout, file your claim directly with Route for packages lost in transit, marked delivered but not received, or arriving damaged. Route handles these claims, not SNIPES Customer Service. Visit our Route Package Protection FAQ for instructions and the claim link.

  1. Refund Method and Timing

Refunds return to your original payment method. Processing time depends on how you paid.

Credit or debit card: 5 to 7 business days, depending on your bank. PayPal: 2 to 4 business days. Add time if your PayPal account pulls from a linked card. Klarna: 3 to 7 business days. SNIPES Reserve Wallet: see Section 8.

  1. Klarna Refunds

A Klarna refund posts to your Klarna account, not directly to your bank. If your refund exceeds what you have already paid Klarna, Klarna returns the difference to the card on file. If your refund is less than the original purchase total, you still owe Klarna the adjusted balance under your existing payment schedule.

During the 3 to 7 business day processing window, any scheduled Klarna payments remain your responsibility. If the refund posts to a payment method other than Klarna, your Klarna installments continue and you are responsible for clearing the remaining balance.

  1. SNIPES Reserve Wallet Refunds

If you paid with your SNIPES Reserve Wallet, open the SNIPES app and go to your Reserve Wallet to choose how you receive your refund. You select the destination before the refund processes. Refund timing depends on the option you select.

  1. Inspection and Approval

Refunds process after we receive and inspect your return. SNIPES reviews each return against this policy. Returns failing to meet the eligibility criteria above do not qualify for a refund.
