Can I Buy Something In-store & Return It Online?

You can return your unworn purchase at any Snipes store within 30 days of the purchase receipt.
(Kindly note: Saint Louis Galleria is an apparel-only location and does not accept any sneaker returns.)

We may limit returns or exchanges in our stores, even if you have a receipt.

 

  • Customers must present a receipt and a valid form of ID for all returns and exchanges. Refunds will be issued based on the original form of payment.
  • Footwear must be returned in its original box (returns/exchanges will not be accepted without the original box)
  • Apparel must have the original tags attached.
  • If you used Klarna at the time of checkout, please make sure you use the same card for your return. (Keep in mind that if you receive a refund on your personal credit/debit card, store credit, gift card, or cash refund, your payments to Klarna are still due.)
  • Snipes reserves the right to determine if the merchandise is worn, damaged, or defective. 
  • In-store purchases cannot be returned via mail.

Please keep in mind, customer service cannot provide in-store receipts as they do not have access to store systems.
