In-Store Returns for Online Orders:
You can return your online order at any Snipes store within 45 days of purchase.
(Kindly note: Saint Louis Galleria is an apparel-only location and does not accept any sneaker returns.)
If you are not happy with your purchase, you may return your purchase within 45 days of purchase for a full refund with the following considerations:
- Please bring your receipt or packing slip for returns. We cannot accept returns without one as we are unable to search for your transaction.
- Refunds will be given based on your original payment method. If we can't determine the payment method, you'll get store credit.
- Footwear must be unworn and in its original box to be eligible for return/exchange
- Apparel must be in the original, unworn condition with tags attached to be accepted for returns/exchanges.
- The product cannot be returned if it was marked as a final sale.
- Underwear, socks, swimwear and other undergarments are not eligible for return.
We may limit returns or exchanges in our stores, even if you have a receipt or packing slip.
Shipping costs won't be refunded for in-store returns. Please note, that online purchases made with PayPal can only be refunded with in-store credit.

Return Online Orders via Mail:
Not happy with your purchase? You can return it within 45 days of purchase.
Here's what you need to know:
- Please enclose your original packing slip with your return package.
- The product was not marked as a final sale.
- Products must be in the original, unworn condition with tags attached to be accepted for returns/exchanges (unless it is a manufacturer defect).
- In this case, please contact Customer Service.
- Do not use the original shoe box as the package for shipping.
- Any returns without the original shoe box will not be accepted
- Separate packaging should be used to ship shoes/sneakers back with the original shoe box inside.
- You are responsible for the shipping fees incurred for the return.
Items are not considered damaged unless the merchandise is damaged. We reserve the right to determine if merchandise is defective.
Note: If your return is the result of a fulfillment error or a quality issue, please reach out to our Support Team within 5 days of receiving your package and before handing it to the carrier. This ensures your case is handled as a priority.
