How old do I have to be to participate?
You must be 18 or older to enter early access.
How do I enter?
Head to the Reserve tab in the SNIPES app, select your shoe, size and payment method, and you’re in. Winners are selected at random from all eligible entries.
Can I enter more than once?
No — one entry per user per early access.
Can I change my entry (e.g. different size or address) after submitting?
Yes, as long as the early access entry window is still open. Go to the specific early access in the Reserve tab of the Snipes app and edit your entry before the specified close time. After the entry period closes, no changes can be made.
Can I cancel my entry?
Yes — you can cancel any time before the submission period closes. Once entries close, cancellations or changes are not possible.
Winning & Notifications
When will I know if I won?
You'll be notified by push and in-app notifications as well as receive an email confirmation on the morning of release day.
Tips: Enable push notifications for the SNIPES app. This is the primary way to see early access status.
Am I guaranteed my selected size if I win?
Entering does not reserve, hold, or set aside any product. Entry places you in a random drawing only. If you are selected as a winner, your chosen size is allocated to you at that point and shipped on release day. No inventory is held for anyone before winners are drawn.
What if I don't win?
You will not be charged.
Payment
When will I be charged if I win?
Entry is free and requires no payment. If you're drawn, your chosen payment method will be charged. Your payment method is only charged if you win the early access.
What gets charged — my wallet or my card?
Your Reserve balance is applied first. If your wallet doesn't fully cover the price, the remainder is charged to your selected payment method.
What payment methods are accepted?
Debit and credit cards.
Shipping & Returns
How will I receive my item?
Winning items are shipped to the address on your entry. You'll an email confirmation once your order ships.
Is this final sale?
Yes — all early access purchases are final sale. No returns, exchanges, or refunds once the order is created.
What if my item arrives damaged or wrong?

Yes. You need to have a Reserve account in order to participate in early access.
Where can I see drops I've entered?
In the Reserve tab in the SNIPES app you can see all past early access that you have participated in.
