How do I earn rewards with SNIPES Reserve?

You earn rewards in two ways: 

1. 3% cash back on all purchases at SNIPES (in-store, online, or through the app) paid for with non-wallet funds. (Only applies to the cost of goods sold.)

2. 5% bonus when you load cash into your SNIPES Reserve wallet

When do I receive my 3% cash back rewards?

Your 3% cash back rewards are added to your SNIPES Reserve wallet once your order is fulfilled. See reward availability for more details.

How does the 5% bonus work when I load cash?

When you add money to your SNIPES Reserve wallet, we automatically add a 5% bonus to your wallet. For example, if you load $100, you'll receive an extra $5 as a bonus reward. Your bonus becomes available to spend 2 days after adding funds. More details.

Do I earn rewards when I use my SNIPES Reserve wallet to pay?

No, you won't earn additional rewards when spending the money from your SNIPES Reserve wallet. The 5% bonus is awarded when you load cash into your wallet, not when you spend it. However, you'll still earn the standard 3% cash back on any portion of your purchase paid with other payment methods or your backup payment method.

SNIPES Reserve wallet: The digital wallet within the SNIPES app where your rewards and loaded funds are stored and managed.

Cash Back: The 3% rewards you earn for purchases made with funds outside of the SNIPES Reserve wallet, which are added to your SNIPES Reserve wallet.

Bonus Reward: The 5% extra you receive when loading money into your SNIPES Reserve wallet.

Load Cash: Adding funds to your SNIPES Reserve wallet using credit/debit cards or bank transfers.

Tap to Pay: Using your SNIPES Reserve wallet to make in-store purchases via the SNIPES Reserve wallet debit card added to Google Wallet or Apple Pay.

Backup Payment Method: The credit/debit card or other payment method that will be charged if your wallet balance is insufficient for a purchase.

Reward Expiration: The 90-day period during which rewards remain valid before expiring if no qualifying activity occurs.

Qualifying Activity: Actions that reset the reward expiration clock, including making purchases, spending rewards, or loading additional money.

Wallet Refund: Choosing to have returned purchase amounts refunded to your SNIPES Reserve wallet instead of your original payment method, which earns you an additional 2% bonus.
