To sign up for a SNIPES Reserve wallet, download the SNIPES app from the App Store or Google Play Store, open the app, and tap "Reserve." Follow the on-screen instructions to complete your registration.
What information do I need to provide when signing up?
You'll first need to create a general SNIPES account with your legal name, email address, phone number, and password. After that, to join SNIPES Reserve, we'll need some additional information. You'll need to provide your residential address and date of birth to confirm you're eligible. In some cases, we might ask for additional information or documentation to verify your identity and protect your account. This two-step process helps ensure the security of the SNIPES Reserve program for all members while giving you access to our exclusive rewards.
Can I sign up for a SNIPES Reserve wallet in-store?
Yes, our store associates can help you download the app and guide you through the sign-up process. However, you'll need to complete the registration on your own device.
Can I have more than one SNIPES Reserve Wallet account?
No, each customer is limited to one SNIPES Reserve Wallet account. Multiple accounts linked to the same person may result in account suspension.

Yes, you'll need to create a SNIPES account to access the SNIPES Reserve Wallet features within the app. If you already have a SNIPES account, you’ll need to log in prior to enrolling in SNIPES Reserve Wallet.
Is the SNIPES app available in all countries?
The SNIPES app with SNIPES Reserve Wallet features is currently only available in the United States.
How do I enable notifications for the SNIPES app?
During setup, you'll be prompted to allow notifications. We recommend enabling them so you can be notified of balance changes and reward updates instantly. You'll never miss out on new rewards or special offers! You can also manage notification settings later by going to your device settings, finding the SNIPES app, and adjusting notification preferences.

How do I receive my $10 welcome bonus?
New members receive a $10 bonus added to their SNIPES Reserve wallet upon successful enrollment in the program. The $10 welcome bonus will be automatically added to your SNIPES Reserve wallet once you complete the enrollment process.
How will I know when my welcome reward has been added?
You'll receive a notification in the app when your welcome reward has been added to your wallet. You can also check your wallet balance and transaction history in the app to confirm.

Why do I need to verify my identity?
Identity verification helps us maintain the security of your account and protect against fraud.
How do I verify my identity?
You'll be prompted to verify your identity prior to loading cash or making a purchase with your wallet. This involves verifying that your name, phone number, email, and address are correct. Occasionally we may require additional information to complete verification. If so, you will be prompted to provide it in the app.
If asked to verify your identity please allow up to 24 hours for verification. In rare cases verification may take up to 3 days.
What happens if I can't verify my identity?
If you're having trouble verifying your identity, please contact SNIPES customer support for assistance.
Is my personal information secure during verification?
Yes, all personal information is encrypted and protected according to our privacy policy. We use industry-standard security measures to protect your data.
Adding a Payment Method
What payment methods can I add to my SNIPES Reserve Wallet account?
You can add credit cards & debit cards via manual entry or Apple/Google Pay, or you can link your bank account for ACH transfers via secure link.
How do I add a payment method?
You will be prompted to add a payment method the first time you load cash or make a purchase using your SNIPES Reserve wallet. You can also add a payment method using the instructions below.
To add a payment method:
Open the SNIPES app
Navigate to your SNIPES Reserve wallet & log in.
Tap “…” and navigate to settings
Tap “Payment Options”
Follow the on-screen instructions to enter your payment details
Can I remove a payment method?
Yes, you can remove a payment method at any time by going to "Payment Options" in your SNIPES Reserve wallet settings and tapping the trash can icon next to the payment method you want to delete.
Are my payment details secure?
Yes, SNIPES uses bank-level encryption to protect your payment information. We do not store complete card numbers on our servers.
Will my payment method be charged when I add it to my account?
No. Your payment methods will only be charged when you load cash or make a payment in-store that triggers a backup payment.
