SNIPES Reserve Early Access

What is Early Access?

Early Access is an opportunity for eligible SNIPES Reserve members to purchase select sneakers before the official release.

Important: Early Access does not guarantee inventory or your preferred size. Availability is limited and offered on a first-come basis.

How do I enter Early Access?

To enter:

• Download the SNIPES App

• Join SNIPES Reserve

• Register for the sneaker and select your size during the entry window

You may also be asked to enable SMS text notifications to receive important updates.

Do I need to enable text messages (SMS)?

Yes. SMS is required for Early Access.

On drop day, the purchase link is sent via text message. If SMS is not enabled, you may miss your opportunity—even if you were selected.

If you don’t receive a text, be sure to also check your email, as we communicate through both channels.

Which email address should I use to access Early Access?

You must use the same email address associated with your SNIPES Reserve account.

On drop day:

• You’ll receive a text with a purchase link

• You’ll be asked to enter your email to verify access

• A passcode will be sent to that email

If the email you enter does not match your SNIPES Reserve account, you will not be able to access the queue.

This is the most common reason customers are blocked, so please double-check before entering.

When will I know if I was selected?

After the registration window closes:

• You’ll receive a notification to check your results in the app

If selected:

• You’ll be notified that you were chosen

• You’ll receive a separate text message on drop day with your purchase link

If not selected:

• You’ll see a message letting you know you weren’t chosen this time

When will I receive the purchase link?

Purchase links are sent on Early Access drop day, typically around noon.

Please note:

• The “you’ve been selected” message does not include the purchase link

• The link is sent later via SMS text message, so be sure to watch your messages

Can I use a VPN during Early Access?

No. VPNs are not supported during Early Access.

Using a VPN may prevent you from:

• Accessing the queue

• Verifying your account

• Completing your purchase

To avoid issues, please disable any VPNs before clicking the purchase link.

Does adding funds improve my chances?

No. Adding funds to your wallet does not affect your chances of being selected.

Funding your wallet simply helps you check out faster if you are selected and inventory is available.

What should I do if my size sells out?

Early Access inventory is limited, and sizes are not guaranteed.

If your size sells out:

• This does not mean something went wrong

• Inventory may sell through quickly based on demand

We recommend checking back for the general release if available.
