How Do I Withdraw Money From My Rewards Account

You can withdraw your deposited funds at any time directly through the app. Please note that any deposits must fully clear in our system before they can be withdrawn, which typically takes 3–5 business days. Withdrawals cannot be directed to a different account—the app will automatically return the funds to the original funding source.

When you withdraw funds, the rewards earned from that deposit will be adjusted on a prorated basis. For example:

If you deposit $100 and earn $5 in rewards (total balance of $105) and then withdraw $50, you will forfeit $2.50 of the rewards, leaving you with $52.50 remaining in your reserve.

You can follow the steps below to withdraw your funds:

1. Click the three dots in the top right corner

2. Select “Withdraw cash”

3. Enter the amount you wish to withdraw then click “Continue”

Rewards associated with the deposited funds will be forfeited

Only funds that have cleared can be withdrawn. This typically takes 3-5 business days after initial deposit

4. Review the withdrawal information then click “Withdraw”

Please Note: Withdrawals will be returned to the originating account

5. Receive confirmation then click “GO TO WALLET”

6. You will see your new balance with the withdrawal and forfeited rewards subtracted
