Choose store pickup at checkout. We email you when your order is ready, usually within the same day. Wait for the ready email before you head to the store.
- What to bring. Your order number or ready email and a photo ID matching the name on the order.
- Someone else picking up? Make sure they have all your information and order number when they get to the store.
- How long we hold your order. 4 days. Orders not picked up by then are canceled and refunded to your payment method.
- Store unable to fill your order? We cancel the item and email you. Your card hold drops per our refund timing.
