We work hard to process orders quickly, so it’s not always possible to make changes once an order is placed. However, some changes may be possible if your order hasn’t started the fulfillment process yet:
What Changes Can Be Made?
- Cancel Your Order: You can cancel your whole order.
- Remove an Item: You can take one or more items off your order.
Important:
Once your order starts the fulfillment process, we can’t make any changes. If needed, we can help you return items after they’re delivered (if your item is not marked Final Sale).
