Why was I charged multiple times?

When you place an order, your bank puts a temporary hold on your card for the order total. This checks that your card works and you have enough money. It is not a real charge. Your bank removes the hold in 3 to 5 business days. We only charge your card when your order ships.

To avoid being charged more than once, enter your billing address and phone number exactly as they appear on your credit card statement. If they do not match what your bank has on file, you may see extra charges or delays.

If your order ships in more than one package, we charge for each package as it ships. Any leftover holds drop off your account within 72 hours.
