Why did I receive a partial shipment / refund?

SNIPES is committed to fulfilling 100% of our customers' orders. If we are unable to fulfill your entire order, you will not be charged the full amount.

When you place an order with us, we place a hold on your card for authorization, but do not settle the charge until your product has shipped. If any items in your order are canceled, you will not be charged for them. Please note that we cannot issue a refund for charges that have not been settled.

Keep in mind that a voided transaction will not appear as a refund. If you check your account around the date of purchase, you should not see an active charge from SNIPES.

If you still see a charge, we recommend contacting your bank for assistance.
