How to Return Bulk Order

To ensure timely and efficient processing of your bulk return, please follow the guidelines below:

1. Grouping and Packing: Organize and pack the items according to their original orders, with no more than 1-3 orders per box. Each box should contain the corresponding packing slips, and the outside of each box should be securely labeled with the associated order numbers (please avoid writing directly on product packaging).

• Note: If your return volume is small, you may include multiple orders in a single box, as long as all other guidelines are followed.

1. Return List: Provide a detailed, categorized list of all items being returned. This list should include tracking numbers for each item and can be sent directly to our customer service team for processing.
