Bulk Orders at SNIPES
We appreciate all our customers, including those who buy in bulk. However, because large orders take more time to process and ship, bulk orders might take longer to get to you. We treat all orders equally, so bulk orders don't get any special treatment.
What We Consider a Bulk Order:
Multiple orders for the same product.
Any orders with 10 or more items.
Any orders with 10 or more items from the same person or email address within 24 hours.
Please Note: New product releases are not available for bulk orders. Check our Release Policy for details.
Shipping Fees:
Due to higher shipping costs, we charge a handling fee based on the size of your order. This fee won't change, even if part of your order is cancelled for any reason.
Tracking Your Order:
If you place multiple orders for the same product, we won't be able to provide tracking for all of them through customer service. You can still track each order online here.
Damaged Items:
We can only consider an item damaged if the actual product is damaged, not just the packaging. Unfortunately, we can't replace damaged shoe boxes since they’re part of the packaging. Buying in bulk increases the risk of packaging damage, so please keep that in mind.
SNIPES reserves the right to determine if merchandise is defective.
Returns:
We don’t offer special returns for bulk orders.
