Please note that we can only consider items as damaged if the actual product (not just the packaging) is affected. Unfortunately, we are unable to provide replacement shoe boxes, as these are considered part of the packaging. However, we are here to assist you in setting up a return if needed.
To help us better understand the issue, please send us pictures of the product. Include images of the top, bottom, sides, and any defects that may have occurred during transit.
Keep in mind that we reserve the right to determine if the merchandise is defective. We will gladly assist you with returns and refunds for defective items if necessary. Additionally, we can only accept returns or exchanges for items in their original packaging.
Prepaid return labels are only available for USA locations if the package is outside USA you'll need to cover the return expenses.
