Sometimes orders get canceled, and we know that is a bummer. Here is why it happens:
Out of stock. Sometimes our inventory count is off and the item you ordered is gone by the time we go to pack it. We are really sorry when this happens.
Payment did not go through. We check your payment when you order and charge it when we ship. If something goes wrong with the charge, we cannot send your order out.
You asked us to cancel. No problem, we will take care of it.
If your order is canceled, we will send you an email to let you know. If your card was only authorized (not charged), give your bank 1 to 3 business days to drop the hold. If we already issued a refund, your bank should have the money back in your account in 1 to 3 business days too.
