Update My Phone Number

You can update your phone number yourself from your account settings - as long as your phone number is not currently linked to a SNIPES Reserve membership.

Update your phone number online

1. Sign in to your SNIPES account.
2. Go to Account Information.
3. Select Edit next to your phone number.
4. Enter your new phone number and save.

Update your phone number in the SNIPES app

1. Open the SNIPES app and sign in.
2. Tap Account.
3. Select Account Information.
4. Edit your phone number and save.
5. After saving, fully close the app and reopen it to make sure your updated phone number takes effect.

Important to know

• If your phone number is not associated with a SNIPES Reserve membership, you can update it yourself using the steps above.
• If your phone number is already tied to a SNIPES Reserve membership, it can't be updated through your account at this time.
• This restriction helps keep Reserve rewards and wallet balances secure.
• After updating your phone number in the app, restart the app completely. If your changes don't appear or you run into issues, close the app fully and reopen it before trying again.
